After installing our new polished crema marfil floor, our contractor then tried to seal it but he was not equipped for the job. In the end, a beautiful, new floor was left with several scratches and blemishes. After researching and reading all of the reviews (here and elsewhere), we hired Perfect Marble to correct the mistakes left by my contractor. Fortunately, Perfect Marble proved to be as stellar as previous reviewers have mentioned. Sam and his crew also polished bathroom countertops and an old travertine bathroom floor. To our amazement they were able to bring the stone back to life. In short, the finished product was more than my wife and I expected, including the attention to detail, the cleanup and, perhaps most importantly, making sure we were happy with the result. We'll definitely be calling Sam back for a return visit.

Sam and his team did an outstanding job restoring the marble in our family apartment. Perfect Marble refinished our foyer, fireplace mantle and 4 complete bathrooms which are marble and marble mosaic from floor to ceiling including countertops. Every scratch, stain and flaw was removed and the surfaces polished to reflect light beautifully. I am a meticulous perfectionist and can honestly say that I am completely satisfied with the end result – the stone in my home is even more beautiful now than when my contractor first installed it. Moreover Sam is a true professional who cares about his customer’s satisfaction and about a job well done. He is extremely knowledgeable about stone treatment and was a pleasure to deal with. He was responsive to any questions or concerns that came up and I also liked that he personally came to inspect the work multiple times to ensure that I was pleased with the results and progress. Other important considerations too - his pricing was fair, he kept to the committed schedule and everything was cleaned up at the end of each day. I had done a lot of research before selecting a vendor, and even called client references. Perfect Marble has earned my top marks and I would definitely recommend them and choose them again for future needs!

Sam and Wilson from Perfect Marble got me out of a sticky situation (literally). Adhesive from low-tack painter's tape marred my honed Pietra Cardosa quartzite. Sam said he'd be able to sand the stains out and return the stone to its original finish. And he delivered.

The Slate Floor in my kitchen/Den has a 6Ft. X 4Ft. rug on a small part of it. When I looked under the rug the slate & the grout were like new & the rest of the room looked terribly worn. Since the work was done yesterday the slate & the grout look like new as well does the granite countertop that they refinished & sealed.
